Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 1–5 business days after an order is placed. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability. All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
International: 14–30 business days

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping times may vary and that delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Tracking information may show limited or delayed updates while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.

Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or high shipping volume.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Orders delayed in transit are not eligible for refunds until 30 days after the shipment date, at which point the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent or may be deemed non-refundable.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Replacement or refund requests will be evaluated at our discretion.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for these charges, and refusal to pay customs fees may result in the order being returned or destroyed without eligibility for a refund.

 

Shipment Refusals and Returned Packages
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees. Refunds, if issued, will exclude original shipping costs.
