Shipping policy
We ship every order the same day it's placed, so your order's on its way fast. Once it's moving, delivery time comes down to your location and the carrier. Here's what to expect — these are solid estimates, not hard promises:
- United States — 3–5 business days
- Canada — 4–7 business days
- International — 12–15 business days
International orders can take a little longer if they pass through customs. That part's out of our hands, but it's normal, and your package is still on its way.
Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Give it 1–2 business days to start updating — and don't worry if it goes quiet for a stretch while it's in transit or clearing customs. That's common and almost always sorts itself out.
If something goes sideways
Sometimes shipping just… happens — weather, customs holds, carrier backlogs, the occasional package that wanders off. If your tracking stalls, your order's running late, or it says "delivered" but you're not holding it: email us and we'll help you chase it down. For anything sitting in the carrier's hands, we sometimes have to give it up to 30 days before we can act (that's the window to file a claim with them) — but you're not doing that alone. We'll work through it with you and make it right wherever we can.
One quick favor: check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the one thing we can't fix once your order's on the move. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we may need to charge the actual cost to reship it. Same goes for orders that are refused or returned. We'll always tell you exactly what's happening before anything like that — no surprises.
